We try, with all of our customers, to make the process as worry-free as possible by removing steps, and taking as much as we can off your shoulders. Most of the process is taken care of in-house, taking away a lot of the wait time involved with insurance companies.
When you tell your insurance company that you would like to use our shop for your repairs, all of the information, or a copy of your estimate, can be sent directly to us, and we can take over from there. Some insurance companies require us to write the estimates and take photos of the damage, which are uploaded directly to the insurance company, taking away the need for an adjuster to come out, or the hassle of running around town getting estimates from other shops before you can have your vehicle repaired. This also allows us to get your vehicle scheduled in and parts ordered immediately, so you won't be without your vehicle any longer than necessary.
In addition, payment can be sent directly to our shop, so you won't have to wait on a check to come in the mail before you can pick up your vehicle!! If you have any questions or would like more information about this, please do no hesitate to call or stop by, and we will be happy to help!
